"Hello Doc. I wanted to let you know I feel like a brand-new person! I can't even remember the person who first came to your office! I was in so much pain that I was embarrassed to say my entire back hurt! Perhaps u remember how I would begin to talk about one spot ... then another, then another.... To my own ears, I sounded paranoid, and like a complainer. I want to thank you for acknowledging my pain. That meant a lot to me. It was only curiosity that made me to make that 2nd appointment. Lol. But, by the 3rd appointment, that pain that had plagued me for over a decade, had subsided significantly!!! So, so surprising! I was sharing with someone the other day, that if I had not FELT the positive results of my visits to your office, I would have said u did not do anything!!! Lol. I was used to adjustments - with cricking and cracking and such!!! You did nothing like that! So gentle .... All I know is that I am practically pain-free after 4, or is it 5 treatments? I wanted to take the time to tell how much I appreciate what you have done for me! I can get into a car without wincing in pain etc etc. U have helped me live a more normal life. U must be used to hearing this. But what an awesome feeling to be able to go up a stair without fear; without pain ... Dr. Flores is amazing! She is seriously the best chiropractor ever!
Before I first came in to see Dr. Flores, I was in excruciating pain. Anything from sitting up, sneezing, and turning, would hurt my back and it was interfering with my everyday life. When I came in, Dr. Flores listened to all the issues I was having and did a thorough examination. The very same day, she gave me an adjustment, and I instantly felt better. She increased my mobility and reduced my pain drastically. She made sure to ask about activities in my daily life and educated me about some things that could be causing pain. She communicated a clear plan to me about how we were going to tackle my back/neck pain.
Since that first visit, I feel so much better and come in for maintenance appointments every once in a while if necessary. I look forward to appointments with Dr. Flores because she's always able to reduce my pain and improve the quality of my everyday life. She is extremely competent, thorough, friendly, and communicative. Dr. Flores continues to help me take preventative measures to stop pain before it happens, as well as provide solutions for existing pain.

After searching for a local chiropractor that treated infants and children, I am so so happy and grateful I found Dr. Flores! She listened thoroughly my concerns with my child. She explained to me what she would be doing before doing any type of adjustment. She was very gentle and very sweet. Very informative and attentive! It was so amazing to see the results of just one adjustment on my child help with the concern I had! Can't wait for my own adjustments also! Highly recommend.
