We operate as an Out-of-Network (OON) facility, allowing us to provide personalized, boutique-style care. This means you'll pay upfront for services, and we'll provide necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement, if requested.

Payment is due at the time of your visit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Due to our unique scheduling, we charge $50 for missed, no-call, no-show appointments. Please notify us within 24 hours of any changes or cancellations to avoid this fee.
