Hudson Wellness Collective + Dr. Andrea Flores is an "Out of Network Provider" (OON) Facility/Provider. This means that you pay upfront for your services. You can be provided with necessary documentation to be reimbursed by your insurance plan, if requested. You are responsible to submit documentation to your insurance for reimbursement. If you are unsure about your benefits, you can call, so the doctor can guide you. You should understand a few things before you think this may not be an option for you. Insurances have changed so much in the last few years. We like to be transparent about finances so there are no surprises.

 

The Doctor would not be able to ensure the unique Chiropractic service that we are committed to providing for each patient that begins care with us. Insurance companies dictate how often, how long and what care you can receive, rather than what is necessary by the treating physician. Many traditional chiropractic offices that accept insurance tend to book many patients within your timeframe. The experience we offer here is the total opposite. There is no waiting room. The Doctor is setting aside your appointment time for YOU and only YOU. This unique boutique care model offers the opportunity to decrease your visit frequency and undivided attention to maximize treatment goals. When comparing your out of pocket and what your insurance covers, you will end up saving money and gaining personalized care.

 

Wellness Plans are available for established families who have completed the initial intensive portion of care. Wellness plans are not reimbursable by health insurance. Package plans are offered to established patients. Each and every individuals care plan is unique.  All payments are made at the time of your visit. We accept credit/debit cards, cash & check. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can absolutely utilize those for care and products relating to care.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Due to our unique scheduling, we do charge for missed/no call-no show appointments. Please have the courtesy of calling or texting our office to let us know of any changes or cancelations, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment. This fee also applies to rescheduling an appointment. If you do not reschedule an appointment within the 24 hour window, you will be charged the $50 cancellation fee.

Effective 4/12/2021 - All New Patients/Existing Patients returning after a hiatus will need to leave a non-refundable $50 deposit for the first visit. This deposit holds your appointment and applies toward your office visit charge. It is non-refundable unless you give the courtesy to cancel prior to 24 hours. I value your time and I trust that you value my time as I do not book numerous patients at one time slot. (Updated 2/2023)

Mutli-member discount offered for immediate family members under ACTIVE care.
